Sales Begin for 18-Story Condo Tower in Lenox Hill
As facade installation continues, sales have officially begun for an 18-story, residential tower, going up at 200 East 75th Street (aka 1307 3rd Avenue) in Lenox Hill, Manhattan.
Developed by , the building will contain condo units. Tenant amenities are to include a library, fitness center, yoga studio, children's play area, recreation rooms, and a roof terrace. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the topped-out structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2025.
The project sits right next to 1299 3rd Avenue; a 33-story, residential project, which is also under construction. The two projects are unrelated to each other despite appearing like one large build due to their similar states of progress at the moment (1299 3rd Avenue is visible directly behind 200 East 75th Street in the photo below).
