Sales Launched at Icon Beach Hollywood
Developers BH Group and Related Group have launched sales Icon Beach, a 38-story waterfront tower that will offer 350 luxury condominium units. The one- to three-bedroom residences will range from 950 to 2,600 square feet. In addition, the development will include 30,000 square feet of amenities including a pool and deck, summer kitchens, fitness center, outdoor movie theater, marina and beach club. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024. Icon Beach Hollywood is one of two towers of Diplomat Landing, a development that will also include a 42-story tower with 500 rooms, potentially branded as condo/hotel units.
