Santander Bank Signs Lease For 95K Square Feet At 830 Brickell In Miami
The 55-story office building currently under construction has sparked the interest of another tenant. Santander Bank has signed a lease to occupy 95,000 square feet. 830 Brickell will be the tallest office tower in Brickell and the second tallest in Miami. The tower will include 640,000 square feet of leasable office space and 8 stories of parking. Tenants are projected to move in during the first and second quarters of 2023 with the building scheduled for completion by the end of this year.
