Scoping Determination Released for Proposed 1.7M SF On The Dot
A scoping determination has been filed for 371-511 Dorchester Avenue in South Boston. Per the filing, "the PNF for the Proposed Project describes a use mix which includes about 90% of the total project area being devoted to office and lab uses. This deviates significantly from the recommendations of both PLAN initiatives for the Project Site and is of particular concern to BPDA and BTD staff."
Named "On the Dot," plans were filed in July for 1,742,100 square feet of development. The project would consist of a 4-building development featuring 526,300 SF of Class-A office space, 959,200 SF of life science research space, 194,600 SF of multifamily space featuring 196 units, and 62,000 SF of ground-floor neighborhood retail space.
