Second Phase of Wrapping to Begin on One Post Office Square
An exterior alteration permit valued at $6,893,500 has been issued to 1 Post Office Square in Downtown Boston kicking off the second phase of exterior work. The modernization and expansion of the existing 41-story, 515-foot-tall, 832,000-square-foot One Post Office Square include re-skinning the building in a glass curtain wall as well as mechanical, electrical, and elevator upgrades.
