Second RFP Response Filed for Roxbury Parcel P3

Tishman Speyer has released its response to an RFP put out for parcel P3 in Roxbury's emerging Nubian Square. The project would feature a mixed-use campus with 498 income-restricted units, 180,000 SF of lab space, and 67,000 SF of ground-floor retail with community open space.
