Selene Tops Off Construction on Fort Lauderdale Beach
The tallest residential address on Fort Lauderdale Beach will reach its construction pinnacle in early June. Miami-based Coastal Construction Company has delivered nearly a floor a week since starting the vertical construction last fall. Selene Oceanfront Residences has risen to 300 ft. above the Florida coast, and delivery is planned for late 2025.
