Sentosa Project To Bring 285 Apartments to Pompano
The 6.2-acre lot at 3151 North Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, FL was acquired in April this year for $10.6 million. Now, developers have released a proposed plan to build a mixed-use structure offering over 4000 square feet of commercial space, 285 apartments, and a four-story parking garage. The apartments will be spread across 2, 7-story buildings. According to property records construction has begun for this project. Stay tuned for more updates on these apartments!
