Shingles Being Installed at Magnolia Haus
Shingles are being installed at the Magnolia Haus, the project in Fredrick, Md.
The project will consist of up to six multi-family buildings including a stand-alone clubhouse; 189 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units; 290 parking spaces and a variety of tenant amenities.
Morgan Keller released a statement stating that they were currently placing shingles on two of the buildings, installing siding on three of the buildings, and finishing up rough framing on one building.
The project is anticipated to be completed in March of 2023.
