Shoma Group Planning Mixed-Use Tower in Kendall, Florida
Miami-based developer Shoma Group has plans for a mixed-use development in Kendall. Shoma is utilizing Florida’s Live Local Act and will designate 40% of the residences as workforce housing. Shoma 88, a 28-story development, features 405 rental units with an average size of 920 square feet. It includes 76,000 square feet of office space and 8,000 square feet of retail space, enhancing its live-work environment. Amenities include a rooftop pool, gym, sauna, business center, kids' playroom, and more. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025 with completion estimated in 30 months.
