Silver Spring's Tallest Tower Tops Out
Clark Construction has topped out Ripley II/Solaire the new 27-story residential tower in Silver Spring. Over the last 12 months, the team has poured 23,000 cubic yards of concrete to bring the building to full height - making it Silver Spring's tallest building. The project will feature a total of 403 modern apartments along with a rooftop pool and sky lounge.
