Single-Family Housing Development in Palm Beach County, FL Scheduled For Completion Fall 2023
Panther National broke ground in February 2022 and now hopes to finish construction by Fall 2023. The project features a single-family housing development that will offer 218 homes measuring from 4,200 square feet to 10,000 square ranging from $2 million to $5 million.
The homes have a few different layout plans including two- and three-car garages, electric vehicle charging stations, outdoor kitchens, and private swimming pools. The community itself features amenities such as a courtyard with a fire pit, event lawn, fitness center, and “6-star concierge" as well as a signature 18-hole golf course designed by Nicklaus Design and golf pro-Justin Thomas.
