Site Leveled Ahead of 34-Story Tower Project in Midtown West
Several low-rise, mixed-use buildings, have been demolished at 413 9th Avenue in Manhattan's Midtown West neighborhood; ahead of a 34-story, commercial tower project.
Developed by , the building will primarily contain office space, with retail, located on the ground floor. Plans also call for a cellar level. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Ground has yet to break on the project, but we expect construction to begin within the next few months.
