Site Work Back Underway at 400 Summer St
Crews are back to continue site work for the upcoming 16-story lab building coming to 400 Summer Street. Foundation Medicine will occupy all of the lab and office space within the 625,000 square foot building. The project will also include 30,000 square feet of retail space and a new grand public stair connecting Summer and Congress Streets designed by James Corner Field Operations, the landscape architect behind New York’s High Line.
