Site Work Begins at 288 4th Avenue
Site work and excavation have commenced at 288 4th Avenue in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood, kicking off a 14-story, mixed-use project, on the rectangularly shaped lot.
Developed by Joseph Vogel, under the entity, Crown 286 4th Ave LLC, the structure is set to contain rental apartments, and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Plans also call for a cellar level, as well as a public terrace and a recreation area, located on the second floor.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is anticipated to complete by the winter of 2025.
