Site Work Begins on Seaport Square Parcel P
Site work is underway for the upcoming 626,000 square foot lab/office project at 400 Summer Street. The Seaport building will be home to Foundation Medicine, who have leased 580K square feet. As part of the project, a new set of stairs including public open space will be built to connect Summer Street down to Congress Street.
