Site Work Underway for 400+ Unit Multifamily in Wakefield
Allen & Major Associates is providing oversite on the installation of drainage and utilities at 200 Quannapowitt in Wakefield. Plans for the site call for 440 residential units along with 3,600 square feet of waterfront restaurant space and an additional 2,000 square foot outdoor space. The project was designed to orient around Lake Quannapowitt and includes a lakeside walking path, multiple roof decks and an impressive landscape program.
