Sitework Underway Over MassDOT Parcel 12
Development is progressing on MassDOT Parcel 12 in Fenway straddling the Pike. Site preparation is underway along Newbury Street for relocation of on-ramp onto the westbound side of the Pike and installation of concrete footings on the Boylston Street side.
The first air rights project in Boston in over 30 years, plans call for 657,000 square foot mixed-use development along Boylston Street & Massachusetts Ave. The project entails one new office building, a second hotel building, a citizenM hotel, (around 150K square feet) rising from a podium base with first and second-story retail and 70,000 SF of restaurant space.
