Sketch Plans Approved for 380 Units in Friendship Heights
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved the sketch plans for 5500 Wisconsin Avenue in Friendship Heights. The mixed-use project would include 380 apartments with around 15,000 square feet of retail to replace the retail structure currently on the site. The existing Courtyard by Marriott hotel will remain on the site.
