Somerville Multifamily Trades for $188M
Wood Partners have sold the new construction multifamily, Alta Revolution to Chicago-based Mesirow for $188,000,000. Walker & Dunlop provided $104,944,000 in financing for the transaction. The building features 329 modern apartments along with just over 10,000 square feet of retail space. Apartments are currently priced starting at $2632 for studios through $6320 for 3-bedroom units. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, game room, and community lounge.
