Special Permit Approved for 525K SF Office/Lab in Somerville
The Somerville Planning Board has approved a special permit for the proposed project at 74 Middlesex Avenue adjacent to Assembly Row. The 18-story building would include just under 500,000 square feet of office/lab/R&D space along with 27,000 square feet of retail uses. A below-grade would include space for up to 350 vehicles.
