Steel Framing Tops Off on 25-Story 50 Prospect Street in Union Square
has topped off 50 Prospect Street in Somerville as construction continues on the USQ development. A 25-story residential tower, plans call for 700,000 SF of mixed-use space featuring 450 residential units situated in between Union Square and the Green Line Extension.
