Steel Framing Underway for Everett Senior Housing Development
Concrete work is 90% complete for the St. Therese senior housing building with structural steel framing now underway. The new building, being constructed by Bald Hill Builders, will feature 77 affordable rental homes for seniors aged 62 and older along with a new health center on the ground floor. The redevelopment will also include six new construction affordable three-bedroom townhouse condominiums.
