Stephen Skinner Named President of WCS Construction
WC Smith has welcomed Stephen Skinner as the new president of their affiliate company, WCS Construction, LLC. Skinner brings more than 43 years of experience in the DC area construction market, serving in senior leadership roles at other leading companies, in the Washington, DC region. He joined WCS Construction in April 2023 as senior vice president, and has focused on strategic planning and improving processes and procedures. In his new capacity, Skinner will direct all facets of the company’s operations.
