Structural framing underway at Phase One of Ironwood Apartments in Lynn
Two full floors of the four-story Phase One building of Ironwood Apartments, an upcoming 100-unit luxury apartment community in Lynn, have been framed, with the building's elevator core topped off. The Phase One building will contain 55 units; the 45-unit Phase Two building is expected to start construction this Fall. Leasing of units at Ironwood Apartments is expected to commence in mid-2018.
