Summer in Boston Seaport: A Season of Exciting Events and Programming

This weekend kicks off the unofficial start of summer and the season is already in full swing in Seaport. Boston Seaport by WS has launched its complete lineup of programming for the warm weather months, making the neighborhood the place to be this summer. Brimming with an exciting lineup of free events open to the public, from outdoor markets and a sunny themed edition of The Current, to family friendly programming, outdoor community fitness, and the return of Cisco Brewers Seaport, there is something for everyone and every day of the week to make this season a memorable one. Seaport Sweat - Free Outdoor Fitness for All

Embark on a fitness journey with Seaport Sweat, Boston’s largest free outdoor workout series, running for its ninth exhilarating season. Offering over 100 free fitness classes, including favorites like Barre and Balance, Power Sculpt, and Release Yoga, this community-driven program ensures there's something for everyone. Stretch and the City - Free Lunchtime Yoga

Seaport has launched Stretch and the City, a rejuvenating yoga experience presented by Lifeway Kefir. Every Friday, enjoy a 45-minute yoga session led by the talented Therlande Louissaint, complemented by samplings of Lifeway Kefir's nourishing drinks. Classes are free and open to the public.
