Supertall One Bayfront Plaza Tower Submits Interior Demolition Application
The site planned for a 1,049-foot supertall mixed-use tower has recently filed an interior demolition permit with the Miami Building Department. A total of 278,000 square feet of interior demolition is planned with an estimated demolition cost of $400,000.
One Bayfront Plaza will bring over 2 million square feet of new construction. The structure will offer hotel, residential, and office space.
