Team Selected for Eliot School Redevelopment in Natick
The Town of Natick has selected Metro West Collaborative Development, a non-profit community development corporation, to redevelop the historic Eliot School in South Natick. Plans for the 2.8-acre site call for 32 affordable housing units. The developer expects to preserve much of the building's historic architecture during the renovations.
