Temp. Hotel Use Approved for New Construction Rosslyn Development
Penzance has won approval to allow for temporary conversion of up to 100 units from residential use to hotel use at The Highlands for up to 2 years, not the 5 requested. The mixed-use project will feature a total of nearly 900 units across 3 luxury buildings with over 25,000 square feet of retail space and a new fire station.
