The Alexander Company Breaks Ground on 101-Unit Providence Project
The Alexander Company has broken ground on a 125,000 SF mixed-income development in the former Paragon Mills in Providence's Olneyville neighborhood. Plans call for a mixed-use development featuring 101 units with 44 affordable units and 57 workforce housing units. The development will also feature 3,000 SF of retail space.
