Construction continues on Tidewater apartments
After groundbreaking this past fall, construction continues of Tidewater apartments in the Manchester neighborhood. The mixed-use apartment building has plans for 221 residential units with amenity space and commercial space. The 1.65-acre community will consist of 266,854 square feet of Class A apartments with approximately 8,000 square feet of amenity space and 2,603 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Developers plan to finish by spring 2023.
