The Clara Tops Out
Last week, Hamel Builders, Banneker Ventures & DP + Partners celebrated the topping out of the Clara. The project will create an active and vibrant retail and residential community and serve to further the redevelopment of this corridor of Southeast Washington, DC. The project will feature studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments, along with 11,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space and underground parking.
