The Henry Over 60% Sold
The Henry, an upcoming 20-unit condo project located in the heart of the Fenway has already sold over 60% of the units during the pre-construction stage.
The residential development features modern-contextual design and is inspired by the historic bow-front townhouses located on Symphony Road; 50 Symphony Road’s double bow-front design sensitively captures the rhythm of the neighborhood while providing an attractive new modern point-of-view. First-floor residential space will be positioned 6 feet above grade, providing additional privacy for residents.
