The Procopio Companies Celebrate Ceremonial Ground Breaking for The Beck in Haverhill
The Procopio Companies alongside Dellbrook | JKS, CUBE 3, MassWorks, MDM Transportation Consultants, Senator Barry Finegold, Mayor James J. Fiorentini, and other city officials officially marked the commencement of construction at The Beck and improvements to the Elm Street intersection in Haverhill. Since kicking off the foundational work in June, the project team has already completed over four stories of wood frame construction on the initial phase of The Beck. Once finished, this vibrant, transit-oriented community will boast 290 market-rate apartments, with 7,587 sqft. of ground-floor restaurant space, including a terrace offering picturesque river views, and 1,126 sqft. of retail space situated below.
