The Ursa Office Tower in Miami Moves Forward in Construction Permitting
The planned 15-story, Class A office tower called, The Ursa is moving closer to breaking ground. After the demolition permit was finalized with inspections completed in November 2022, recent filings show that a general contractor has now been selected for the project.
The filing shows an estimated hard construction cost of $70 million for 159,892 square feet of office space.
The Ursa will be located at 30-32 Northeast 29th Street in Miami, Fl.
