Third Proposal for 2658 North Lincoln Avenue Development
After the community rejected two proposals for potential development, the developer proposed a smaller development for the uniquely shaped lot. The previous development was rejected in 2018 due to community concerns and feedback. They are now proposing reducing the previous amount of residential units from 45 to 35, reducing the SF of retail space, and adding one parking spot to 18 parking spots. The new renderings and proposals show a more sculpted building to blend into the lowrise residential neighborhood of Lincoln Park, with very lush landscaping. They are seeking rezoning and approval by the end of the year.
