Tilt Panels Are Up at East Tampa Distribution Center
Construction is moving towards the finish line at East Tampa Distribution Center, tilt panels are up with structural steel. The new distribution center in Temple Terrace on the eastern side of Tampa will offer 175,500 square feet of space. The 32’ clear height rear load facility will be equipped with LED HighBay lighting, 2,500 SF office, 46 dock doors, 14 equipped dock positions, and two (2) drive-in ramps and 41 off-door parking spaces. The 15.1 acre site has easy access to US 301, I-75 and I-4. The project is expected to be complete May 2023.
