TOCCI Completes Work at WPI South Village Expansion
TOCCI concludes work at WPI South Village Expansion! Hampton Properties, LLC worked with Worcester Polytechnic Institute to transform 3 Victorian mansions into Cedar House A, Cedar House B, and Fruit House; their single, double, and triple-occupant suites are student-ready for the next semester.
VJ Tocci, Project Executive, notes: “This was a special project. We were delighted to be able to work on a portion of the academic village (of my alma mater), revitalize a neighborhood full of gorgeous antique architecture, and simultaneously befriend Russ and Lori Haims of Hampton Properties, LLC in Worcester - friends who are doing wonderful things for this City.”
