Burgoyne Downtown is a planned development of a 9.2-acre lot area that would include housing, hotel, and offices. The project is expected to be a significant catalyst in attracting hundreds of new residents and office workers to the center of the Downtown in close proximity to the new Brown & Brown corporate campus and the upgraded Riverfront Park. The proposed redevelopment would replace a block of mostly vacant storefronts damaged by flooding from Hurricane Irma.
