Topgolf Purchases Land In Pompano For $14.7M To Build First Location in Broward County, Fl
The driving range known for their electronically tracked golf balls has plans for yet another South Florida location. Topgolf has just acquired an 11-acre lot of land north of the Isle Casino Pompano Park for almost $15 million. Plans include a three-story driving-range facility with 102 hitting bays. The hitting bays to be partially enclosed, allowing for year-round golfing, and the venue will include a restaurant and bar, rooftop space, and outdoor and indoor seating and dining. The site plan for the project gained approval back in August. Cordish Companies and Caeser's Entertainment sold the land to Topgolf.
