Total Demolition Permit Request Filed for Site of St. Regis Residences in Miami
A permit request for total demolition on the site of the proposed St. Regis Residences in Miami has been filed. According to the permit request, 211,121 square feet will be totally demolished, at an estimated cost of $1,127,000.00. County tax records show a 17-story building that was constructed in 1966 on the site. The St. Regis Residences will rise 48 stories, 639 feet, and will contain 152 residential units and 391 parking spaces according to the plans filed with the Urban Development Review Board. The board will review the project at a meeting on June 21, 2023.
