Tower Crane Dismantled at Upton Place
The team from Donohoe Companies Upton Place has dismantled one of the tower cranes on site.
Upton Place on Wisconsin is the adaptive reuse of the existing 493,000 sq. ft. office building into 689 residential units and 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
A portion of the existing building on the 4.16-acre site was razed, an addition was built and the existing underground parking was retained.
The final project will result in an 821,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development.
