Trinity Stuart Acquires Air Rights from the University Club for $17.05 Million
Real Estate venture, Trinity Stuart, has acquired the air rights at 426 Stuart Street in Boston's Back Bay for $17.05 million.
The property features a 38,340 square foot 3-story building that was constructed in 1925 and most recently updated in 2008. The building is home to the University Club of Boston, a premier social and athletic club.
Years ago the UClub repurchased a portion of its original building, located at 426 Stuart Street, and over the past twenty years has undertaken a number of significant renovations that have led to the University Club's thriving membership.
