UDRB Set To Review Proposed 9-Story Residential Development in Miami, Fl
Miami's Urban Development Review Board is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 to review a proposed residential development to be built on the 15,750 square-foot lot at 5645 Southwest 8th Street in Miami, Fl.
The proposed project, Parkview, plans to rise 173 feet high at 9 stories tall and offer 120 residential units with amenities such as a gym, coworking space, and a rooftop pool with a grill station, fire pit, spa, and more.
