Unit Count Reduced by 82 for Planned Egleston Square Residential Project
In response to community feedback, has reduced the planned unit count for 3390 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain from 160 to 78 residential units while retaining 195 parking spaces. Plans call for a redevelopment of BMS Paper facility featuring 36,491 square feet of ground-floor commercial space for the company.
