Unit Count Reduced for Roxbury Condo Project
Updated plans have been presented for the affordable condo project proposed at 75 Dudley Street in Roxbury. The project was previously approved in January 2020 but redesign is now required due to the City of Boston's requirements to maintain five silver linden trees along Dudley Street and Guild Row. Changes to the project include reducing the building’s footprint and total SF reducing the unit count from 20 to 15, and eliminating the first-floor retail space.
