University of South Florida Seeking Developers for The Claw Site
The University of South Florida has put out a call for developers to redevelop the site of the Claw, now closed golf course. The 120-acre site is located across the street from the main campus of the university and is adjacent to a nature preserve. The site could be redevelopment into a mixed-use district.
