Updated Building Plans Submitted for South Tampa Townhome Development
Lennar Homes has submitted new building plans with the City of Tampa for a 32-townhome community in south Tampa. The rezoning plans had previously been approved and demolition of the church, its school and office building that were on the site has begun. Manhattan West, a new townhome community proposed in south Tampa, would offer 32 townhomes, ranging in size from 2,191 to 2,400 square feet, along S. Manhattan Avenue north of Gandy. Plans indicate the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom townhomes will be contained in seven three-story buildings.
