Upper East Apartments Announced in Fredrick
The Martin Architectural Group released a statement about their project in Fredrick, Maryland. The project, it states:
"Is designed to reach the ambitious goal of a Net Zero community as well meet the prestigious and rigorous LEED platinum certification, this project raises the bar for green construction in the region.
Estimated to be completed in 2024, with The Duffie Companies, Upper East is our latest collaboration.
Consisting of 262 units, among 5 buildings and an individual clubhouse, the modern farmhouse style of the community, along with the combination of luxury finishes and amenities and the environmental efficiency of the construction and energy use makes this a one-of-a-kind."
