Urgent Care Facility Planned in Falls Church
Virginia Hospital Center is planning a new medical office building at 7234 Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church, VA. Plans call for the demo of the existing retail and restaurant spaces and the construction of a 24,250 SF medical office. The property will offer emergency care, urgent care, and imagining services in one location. The primary purpose of the proposed facility will be to decompress high emergency department utilization on the nearby Virginia Hospital Center campus and provide the surrounding community with an important and currently unavailable care option – emergency department services co-located with urgent care services.
